Students at The Rochester Grammar School are celebrating another year of outstanding GCSE results. An impressive 69% of all grades were at A*/A and 100% of students attained 5 A*-C with English and Maths. One in five students secured A*/A across the board and four out of five students achieved 5 A*/A or more. The school’s summer results have been very impressive maintaining RGS’s status as one of the UK’s top performing state schools.
Impressively, Emily Ford and Amy Mabonga achieved A*s in all of their subjects with Katherine Knight and Freya Norman achieving A* in over 90% of their examinations. Sophie Boyd, Beth Firmin, Henrike Gbinigie, Caitlin Gilmore, Rebecca Goodhew, Bethany Hall and Millie Powell all attained A* in over 80% of their subjects.

I would also like to thank my dedicated staff who have worked so hard to help our students to realise their potential. These results are truly transformational and will provide students with an excellent foundation for a successful future. We look forward to welcoming them back to our sixth form in September.’
